We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for major building projects in the UAE.
Requirements:
Based in the UAE
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design and team leadership
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and coordination tools
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage MEP design teams and consultants
Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, and drawings
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations, and project specifications
Coordinate closely with architects, structural, and construction teams
Provide technical guidance and ensure design deliverables are on schedule
