Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
MEP Design Draftsman
to support our projects by preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings and taking on-site measurements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate should have experience in fit-out or construction projects and a solid understanding of MEP systems.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP layout drawings using AutoCAD for retail/commercial outlets. Conduct site visits to take precise MEP measurements. Update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers. Ensure all drawings meet project requirements and industry standards. Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD. 2+ years of experience in MEP drafting. Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and site coordination skills.
