Job Summary:

The MEP cum Driver is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, while also providing driving support for the company as needed. This dual-role position requires flexibility, technical knowledge, and a valid UAE driving license (or local equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Duties:

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, wiring, HVAC systems, pumps, plumbing leaks, etc. Assist in installation and replacement of fixtures, fittings, and appliances. Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks with proper documentation. Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Driving Duties:

Drive company vehicles for transporting staff, equipment, or materials to and from job sites or offices. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues. Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe transportation at all times. Maintain accurate vehicle logs (e.g., fuel consumption, mileage, service records).

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum [2-3] years of experience in MEP maintenance work. Valid [UAE/manual] driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in MEP services. Ability to read technical diagrams or schematics is a plus. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and outdoor work. Flexible to work after hours or weekends if required.

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices. Multilingual ability (e.g., English, Hindi) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
