Responsibilities: * Coordinate with project managers and architects to develop MEP specifications and ensure that all systems are designed to meet client requirements and industry standards.

• Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project timelines and budget constraints, utilizing project management software for tracking.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the installation of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related queries, facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of MEP designs, changes, and installations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
