Responsibilities:
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for ongoing projects.
Review and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
Ensure smooth coordination between all MEP disciplines and civil teams.
Identify design or site clashes and coordinate with consultants for resolutions.
Conduct site inspections to monitor MEP work progress and ensure compliance.
Prepare coordination meeting minutes, technical reports, and follow-up actions.
Support in material submittals, method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience in MEP coordination (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
