Hiring - Draftsman (MEP Coordination) (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordination Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preparing fully coordinated MEP drawings for high-rise buildings, towers, villas, commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare fully coordinated MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting) Review IFC drawings prior to shop drawing preparation Combine drawings from multiple trades to produce clash-free coordination drawings Perform clash detection and detailed layouts using AutoCAD Prepare as-built drawings, sections, schematics, and detailed layouts Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site teams for drawing reviews and approvals Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, and consultant comments Manage drawing revisions, documentation, and timely submission of updated drawings Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support when required

Requirements

? Candidate must be currently inside the UAE

? Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (visit visa not preferred)

? 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination (UAE experience preferred)

? Strong command of AutoCAD

? Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices

? Excellent coordination skills with strong attention to detail

? Immediate joiners are highly preferred
