Purpose of the Role:

Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create detailed BIM models for MEP elements using software like Revit, AutoCAD MEP, etc.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP models into project designs.
Generate accurate construction documentation derived from MEP BIM models.
Ensure MEP BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.
Manage revisions to reflect MEP design changes and as-built conditions.
Provide guidance on MEP BIM processes and tools to project team members.
Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
