Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Develop coordinated MEP shop drawings and construction drawings
Ensure clash detection and coordination with architectural & structural models
Comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and authority regulations
Assist BIM engineers and project teams during design and construction stages
Update and manage BIM models as per project changes
Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of MEP BIM drafting experience in Dubai/UAE
Proficient in
Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Strong understanding of UAE authority standards (DM, DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense, etc.)
Experience in architectural consultancy projects is mandatory
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
