Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is currently seeking experienced

MEP AutoCAD Draughtsmen

for immediate placement in our ongoing projects across

Dubai

. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in

HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical drafting

, who are already based in the

UAE

and ready to

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and coordinated

2D MEP shop drawings

using

AutoCAD

Draft layouts for

HVAC

,

plumbing

,

firefighting

, and

electrical

systems Interpret consultant and engineer markups and convert design intent into precise drawings Work with engineers and BIM teams to ensure coordination across all MEP disciplines Modify drawings as per red-line markups, site conditions, or client feedback Ensure compliance with

local codes

, project specifications, and

UAE standards

Support site teams by providing updated and accurate shop drawings for execution

Job Requirements

Minimum

5 years of MEP drafting experience

in the UAE or GCC Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D drafting) is mandatory Strong knowledge of

MEP systems

: HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical Experience working on

commercial, residential, or infrastructure

projects Familiarity with

MEP coordination

and clash resolution Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be

based in the UAE

and available for

immediate joining
