AC MEP Experience Required Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Knowledge of Windows AC, Split AC, Package Units, Ductable, Evaporator Units, Chilled Water, etc Experienced in electrical & plumbing technician

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks to enhance the lifespan and performance of AC systems.
Regularly clean and replace air filters, inspect and replenish refrigerant levels, examine electrical connections, and lubricate moving parts.

Safely and efficiently install various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, window units, central air systems, and more.
Ensure proper placement of equipment, accurate electrical connections, and adequate ventilation.

Diagnose issues with malfunctioning or non-operational AC systems.
Effectively repair and troubleshoot problems, which may involve fixing refrigerant leaks, replacing faulty components, or addressing electrical and mechanical issues.

Handle refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations, including proper storage, recovery, and disposal procedures. Inspect and, if necessary, clean ductwork to ensure optimal air flow throughout the HVAC system. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
Explain repair or maintenance needs clearly and provide advice on optimizing AC system performance.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when handling electrical systems, refrigerants, and other potentially hazardous materials.
Ensure all installations and repairs meet local building codes.

Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams of HVAC system Multi-tasking and customer handling Fast and quality work experienced Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.) Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Good English Language Skills
