Job Title: Men's Ethnic Wear Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our men's ethnic wear division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional menswear styles and fabrics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear such as kurtas, sherwanis, pathani suits, and accessories based on their preferences and occasions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, fabric types, embroidery styles, and seasonal trends. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, organized, and replenished as needed. Handle customer inquiries in-store and via WhatsApp or other digital platforms. Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms. Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or ethnic wear retail sales. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or Arabic is an advantage. Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and styling skills. Familiarity with WhatsApp-based sales, POS systems, and basic digital tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
