Partner with the best The MENATI HSE Manager you will lead and nurture a team of HSE professionals, partner with and act as a coach for the rest of the MENATI Leadership Teams to design and drive a strategy to strengthen an interdependent culture and improve HSE performance. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with the leadership team of the MENATI Region and drive a sense of shared accountability and continuous improvement in the HSE performance and culture by integrating HSE in business decisions, management system and everything they do
• Partnering with the operating business unit teams that are responsible to proactively improve HSE performance
• Maintaining effective working relationships with all internal / external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, customers, and industry partners.
• Overseeing investigations into incidents to ensure root cause is understood, corrective actions in place and all steps taken to ensure there is no repetition.
• Inspiring and leading a team of HSE professionals, set high expectations and take accountability for their overall performance, their pace and urgency in implementing HSE improvements
• Developing a high performing team and an engaging work environment that promotes meritocracy, diversity and where everyone is welcome and encouraged to speak up and intervene
• Identifying, attracting, retaining, and nurturing key individuals with the critical capabilities needed by the organization
• Engaging and cooperating with the broader BH and IET teams to deploy consistent practices and standards globally and accelerate performance improvements in a non-traditional, non-conventional way
• Taking an active and effective stance in representing the company in external industry or community events
• Engaging with Customers
• Tracking HSE leading and lagging indicators to identify best practices and potential opportunities for improvement.

Fuel your passion

• Have Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university HSE sciences, engineering, or related field
• Have at least 10 years of combined experience in operations, HSE and teams\xe2\x80\x99 leadership gained in an international environment and/or multinational company
• Have ability Travel up to 35% of her/his time
• Have ability to coach and mentor executive leaders and help them drive cultural changes within their organizations
• Haven proven skills in interfacing effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as outside BH, including contractors, vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies
• Be a team player, able to create an environment of trust within the team and with the broader organization
• Be ready and willing to provide and receive feedback to inspire others, improve self and make our improvement programs more effective
• Be a critical thinker, and always seeks for relevant information and intelligence, analyzes, and interprets them to produce innovative solutions to problems
