Job Overview To work with MENA Business Functions and MENA Business IT on managing the IT programs and projects as the current allocated resources are not enough to cover all these aspects. Program Analyst shall work in the pre and post implementation support which requires a fully dedicated time to guarantee business continuity. Main Responsibilities Manage and Implement all Technical Services and Programs to support business objectives in line with global and regional strategies. Manage the project regionally from the Project initiation phase to the Hypercare phase. Communicate regularly with countries to ensure full alignment with the MENA regional and global objectives. Escalate all risks and problems impacting the business immediately. Be present and meet daily with other Regional Business Functions (Commercial, HR, Finance, Ops & CS) to provide updates on projects and receive feedback and gather any technical requirements, concerns, risks, enhancements. Manage MENA projects/programs Ensure new service/application successful deployment Coordinate with MENA BIT management. New services validation and testing Support post service deployment. Ensure global standard for IT infrastructure. IT Budgeting control for the projects. Post implementation support for application deployment. Keep track of all SLAs with the suppliers and ITS Provide reporting on regular basis Plan and oversee all hardware, software and service purchases in line with the Regional Budget. Plan the provision of security, availability, resilience and performance Provide advices and recommendations on the selection of network related hardware and software Coordinate and follow up with the support team to resolve issues in a timely manner Negotiate contract with the vendor/supplier Escalate problems and incidents as needed Participate in IT/IS strategy planning Contribute to IT/IS budget in a timely manner in accordance with the company planning cycle and regional schedules. Ensure non-violation of the Service Level Agreements

Education & Experience Qualifications Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in IT Field. Bachelor of Computer and Systems Engineering/Computer science (B+5.Eng) Project and/or Program Management Certifications (PMP or Prince II) is an advantage Strong Technical Background in Business Applications Solid Project Management Capabilities Cost & Budgeting Skills Analytics Expertise Ability to work independently and being an effective team member. Strong organizational skills and high attention to details Time management Skills. Ability to take initiatives, prioritize tasks and projects, manage multiple projects Written & Spoken Communication Skills Preferred: DHL Product/Services/Applications knowledge
