Are you a driven individual with a passion for health, fitness, and supporting others in achieving their goals? We are seeking a Membership Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our fitness community across our JLT and Arjan locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new membership sales through proactive outreach and in-person engagement
Follow up on leads from walk-ins, events, digital campaigns, and referrals
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to promote group memberships and wellness initiatives
Utilize CRM tools (training provided) to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain client follow-ups
Work closely with the Gym Manager to align on sales goals and strategies
Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a customer-focused approach
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or business development (experience in the fitness or wellness sector is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Confident in presenting to both individuals and corporate clients
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing sales
Genuine passion for fitness, health, and building a sense of community
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between both branches as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
working in fitness industry sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
