Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Min 5 years of experience in membership management or a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of membership management systems and tools
Experience in planning and organizing events and activities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Experience in a yacht club or similar luxury hospitality setting is preferred
