Membership Consultant
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our elite member network.
Role Overview
The Membership Consultant will be responsible for promoting club memberships, developing strong client relationships, and guiding prospective members through the entire enrollment process--ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, approach, and convert prospective members to meet acquisition targets.
Develop and execute creative sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Research and engage potential members within targeted demographics and industries.
Represent Neera Dubai at networking events and use online/offline channels to generate leads.
Conduct personalized consultations and guided tours, showcasing club amenities and benefits.
Build strong rapport with prospects and members, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Manage the full membership process--from inquiries and applications to payments and onboarding.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and member feedback to enhance programs and services.
Candidate Profile
Languages:
Multi-lingual, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in luxury membership sales, hospitality, or business development.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Highly presentable, with the ability to engage and influence high-net-worth individuals.
Customer-focused with a passion for luxury service and experiences.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
