Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Gym Membership Salesperson to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building relationships with potential and existing members, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell gym memberships and services.

Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, showcasing key features and benefits.

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person to convert interest into memberships.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Deliver excellent customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource for all membership-related inquiries.

Assist in community outreach, events, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the front desk and fitness team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.

Requirements:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness industry a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-driven with a passion for health and fitness.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficiency with basic computer systems (CRM software experience is a plus).

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
