As a Membership Sales agent for GYMNATION, you will be accountable for selling gym memberships.

You will work hard to generate sales leads and referrals through corporate events and upbeat outreach activities. Despite setbacks, you will rise to the occasion and have the drive to achieve your target of changing peoples' lives, earning a generous bonus and great commission in return.

The Role and Key Duties

As a Membership Sales Agent, you will help people to change their lives and sell a fitness product that you truly believe in. In this sales focused role, we're looking for the drive, motivation and passion to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Generating sales leads through referrals, outreach activities and corporate events.

Working through your sales process to maximise new member join ups.

Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.

Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.

Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.

Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling.

What we are looking for

Individuals with an outgoing and approachable personality.

A real passion for fitness and health.

Customer service skills and experience.

. Must be proficient in English.

Experience of high volume sales, lead generation and referrals is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Basic is AED4,000.00 per month with additional earning being made by commission and bonuses.
