Job Description
- Studio Service Associates should ensure that all roles and responsibilities are carried out in a professional and timeous manner to the best of their ability.
- Studio Service Associates will be responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of the facility. This will involve lifting of heavier gym equipment and therefore require the person to be physically fit for this role.
- Clients should be treated with utmost respect at all times and should never raise their voices to another person.
- All maintenance issues to be reported by the Associates and team leader to the Fitness manager as soon issues arise in order to ensure a quick turn around time.
- Service Associates to make sure they submit their stock check weekly. Monthly stock orders must be submitted to the Fitness manager at the end of each month for approval before ordering.
