Local Unit & Position Description:
Key Accountabilities:
1. General:

- To maintain and co-ordinate financial governance per DNV Inspection business policies & procedures
- Liaison with all Mega Project members within DNV Inspection
2. Project Controlling:
- To acquire hands-on experience on the Project Controlling & the related modules in Oracle and fully understand their integration with Inspection Production Tool (iI2)
- To monitor and ensure accurate maintenance of Inspection projects in Oracle
- To assist the Country teams on iI2 project set up, IORA (Inter-office Resource Agreement) creation, subcontractor PO creation & invoice matching, resolution of issues affecting time sheet integration etc.
- To monitor and ensure the correctness of AR billing and timely collection of AR balances
- Review and finalize with the Mega Projects team on month end Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Liaise with GSS (Global Shared Services) team on all BA (Business Area) related procedures to ensure proper closing process
- Support the project review for the month end close
4. Ad-hoc/ Ancillary:
- Assist in responding to queries on audit or tax related issue
- Improvement in day-to-day operation process
- Any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time

- Strong in Advanced MS Excel and Financial Analysis skill.
- Good knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle / SAP or equivalent system
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience of forward thinking, anticipating potential problems
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to balance and prioritize important control issues with efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to drive and manage process, policy and system changes
- Out of the box thinking
2. Professional Qualification :
- Professional Accounting qualifications including Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting/ Finance
- At least 5 years of prior experience on Project Controlling and Analysis
- Proven experience of Financial Analysis, management information and reporting in a modern business environment

The Mega Project Controller will have a broad responsibility but will be primarily handling all Mega Project controlling as well as providing financial support to Global Operations to enable a swift overall Project Management control.
