Generate new business opportunities for meetings, events, and corporate functions.
Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and issue detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local organizations.
Coordinate closely with F&B, Front Office, Kitchen, and Operations to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain updated sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
Meet monthly sales targets and support pre-opening activities for our new meeting spaces.
Requirements:
Previous experience in MICE / banquet sales in 4-star hotels.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional presentation and excellent customer service attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Opera PMS & basic banquet sales procedures is a must.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
