Medical Training Manager UAE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Division values
Develop a continued training plan
Implement and check on training plan delivery
Design training tools and content
Manage and drive the training sessions, assess, and carry out reporting on trainings
Define training plan per retailer (Key account chain pharmacies) and implement the sessions to support sellout
Ensure trainings and relations with health professionals (pharmacists & doctors) are conducted in ethical standards
Upskill LUAE teams on medical topics
Doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
Support in roleplay training sessions
Plan and implement full year training plan refresher and launches for the Beauty Advisors populations
Represent the Brands in key medical events with a strong and powerful share of voice
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry, dermo-cosmetic would be a plus
- Solid Medical & scientific knowledge
- Previous Field experience as a medical representative would be a plus
- Training experience would be a plus
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with HCPS
- Confident and dynamic individual who will fit in well in a vibrant team
- Strong networking skills
