Requirements:
Previous
experience in a medical or healthcare setting
(clinic, hospital, or healthcare contact center) is
required
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
No medical qualification required, but understanding of healthcare services is an advantage.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
