A well-established medical center in Sharjah is looking to hire a:
Secretary & HR Officer
Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary and in HR functions (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer use (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle correspondence, scheduling, and employee records.
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures is an advantage.
Presentable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day secretarial tasks (calls, emails, scheduling, filing).
Support HR operations such as recruitment, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare and maintain employee documents and contracts.
Liaise with management and staff for smooth workflow.
