Job Details:

  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring that examinations run smoothly;
  • Diary management, documentation and file maintenance;
  • Assist in preparing and taking minutes of meetings;
  • Answer the phone in a friendly manner;
  • Provide administrative support during examinations and consultation hours.

Job Experience:

  • At least an diploma (preferably something medically related);
  • Experience in a more complicated working environment and a good overview;
  • You are service-oriented and have excellent administrative and communication skills;
  • You have a proactive attitude, are able to set priorities and can be deployed flexibly at the various locations of the Biometrics department.
