Job Purpose:
We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Gulf Medical team in the United Arab Emirates as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). This role plays a key role in engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to share accurate, balanced, and scientifically sound updates about GSK's medicines and therapeutic areas. This role contributes to improving patient outcomes by building trusted partnerships and gathering valuable insights that inform GSK's medical strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs):
Share scientific expertise and updates regarding disease states and GSK medicines while ensuring interactions are compliant with GSK's Code of Conduct and ethical standards. Gather insights to inform medical strategies and improve patient care.
Build Collaborative Relationships:
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to support research, education, and initiatives that advance science and enhance patient health outcomes.
Support Medical Strategy:
Collect medical insights and plan scientific engagements aligned with GSK's medical strategy while maintaining a science-first approach.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and a customer-focused approach.
Maintain Scientific Expertise:
Stay up to date on therapeutic areas and GSK's medicines to serve as a scientific resource and address educational needs responsibly.
Ensure Compliance:
Adhere to GSK's Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as local regulatory requirements, governing all interactions and engagements.
Basic Qualifications:

• UAE National.
• MD, Pharmacist, or other life sciences degrees (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience or exposure to the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Knowledge Required:

• Basic understanding of the healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical and compliant behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
