Greet and assist customers at the sales counter or showroom
Present and explain features, benefits, and prices of medical products
Handle inquiries, quotations, and product demonstrations
Maintain detailed knowledge of all inventory, products, and promotions
Ensure timely processing of sales transactions and proper billing
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Follow up with potential leads and repeat customers
Maintain cleanliness and product arrangement in the display area
Coordinate with the warehouse for stock and deliveries
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the
medical or pharmaceutical
industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of medical equipment and supplies
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with POS systems or sales software
High school diploma or higher; science or healthcare background preferred
