Objectives of this Role At SAPHIRE DENT , we would be nothing without our successful sales team. The sales representative has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The sales representative is a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Sales representatives are responsible for selling products, goods and services to customers and clients. Their job is based on dealing with new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users. They must interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
? Learn details about our products and services
? Understand all the prospects needs , problems or wants
? Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Report to the management team
Sales Representative requirements and qualifications
  • Experience working as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity
  • Great command of MS Office, CRM tool
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
