Job Description
Objectives of this role
- Meet sales targets and achieve periodic growth figures.
- Develop strong relationships with the different HCPs and ensure that our brands are always their first choice.
- Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory.
- Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a way that\xe2\x80\x99s consistent with marketing strategy.
- Learn about the competitor market and consistently rise above through exemplary customer service and sales tactics.
- Meets the current and prospective clients to identify their needs and match them with our products.
- Details of the features and benefits of our products to the clients.
- Negotiates the commercial terms and agreements with the clients.
- Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting and logging the client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database.
- More than 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and UAE key pharmaceutical accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding our company\xe2\x80\x99s ethical standards.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Network of contacts at key accounts.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
