About us Makkah Medical Equipment & Drug Store is a pharmaceutical retailer & distributor based in Ajman, U.A.E. Our portfolio of products and services include pharmaceutical products, rehabilitation & home healthcare aids, cosmetics , supplements and nutraceuticals. We are currently looking for dynamic, outside sales representatives for our line of nutraceutical products. Company Profile: Makkah Medical Equipment & Drug Store is a supplier of home healthcare, personal care, and mobility products. Based out of Ajman, we are currently in the process of building our outside sales and service team. We are looking for sales-driven individuals with sales experience in the Home Healthcare and/or Medical Devices industry. Job Type: Full-time (Salary + Commission) Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Develop sales & marketing strategies to boost sales & customer relations/retention
- Interact with customers and assist with all product/store related queries with extensive knowledge of products and services offered by the store
- Assist in implementing CRM platform & strategy for B2C & B2B sales
- Assist in creating pricing strategy & discount models, based on customer types
- Manage & complete deliveries
- Conduct market research, customers, and competitor offerings to optimize pricing strategy
- Assist in leading social & digital media team in implementing strategies and projects
- Liaison with current & future vendors and suppliers for product delivery and services
- Perform or assist in timely completion of all record keeping associated with billing, payments & receivables
- Min. 2 years of U.A.E medical sales experience required. Vitamins, supplements and nutraceutical experience preferred
- U.A.E driving license required
- Extensive Knowledge of Vitamins, supplements and nutraceutical experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communications skill
- Sales-Driven
- Flexible with handling multiple tasks and leading/working with a sales team
- Ability to proficiently learn and adapt to new technologies and products
