About the job We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in the medical sales industry, specializing in Bariatric Surgery, Point of Care, Emergency Care, Pediatric Care. and Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Promote SFMS products portfolio, demonstrate accurate, medical detailing to Bariatric Surgeons, Infection control, purchase managers and doctors. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and marketing objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Arrange an appointment with the hospital purchase manager, Surgeons, head infection control, doctors, and lab Directors to promote the assigned product portfolio. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify and act on new opportunities which will drive business sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Drive sales Growth by establishing positive and productive relationships with the surgeons, store managers, and another stockholder \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor competition, conduct market intelligence, and report to the line manager. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain call records for doctors, pharmacists, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics and submit reports accurately and on time. \xe2\x97\x8f Motivate and manage the key retail accounts within their area for a specific product portfolio \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor sales and identify and propose new business opportunities for the accounts \xe2\x97\x8f Identify new business prospects and penetrate new pharmacies to increase the numerical distribution \xe2\x97\x8f Propose new product listings, space increase, and promotions within accounts \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and report share of a shelf of the brands, assortments, positioning of the brand, ensure the implementation of the contract \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor out of stock/ low stock and raise appropriate orders for the outlet \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely collection of payment as per the credit terms \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the returns and raise GRN \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure full coverage of the market through regular visits as per the journey plan \xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with all areas of the business to assure the highest level of customer service \xe2\x97\x8f Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits \xe2\x97\x8f Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message \xe2\x97\x8f Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Qualifications \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Nutrition, biomedical, Pharmacy or equivalent) \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven with at least 2-4 years of experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment in UAE, specifically in the Bariatric Surgery, Point of Care, infection control, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience in a sales-based role with experience in, and knowledge of, bariatric weight loss sales or pediatric ICU, or Point of care (IVD) \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience in a sales-based role with experience with the Hospital Purchase managers. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience in a sales-based role with experience in infection control.
