Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Medical Representative (Pharmacy Sales) to join our client clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies, promoting our product portfolio, and driving sales growth in line with company objectives .

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products to clients. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards during sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or pharmacy retail sales preferred. Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with excellent persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and strong presentation skills. Other Requirements: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
