You will drive sales growth by promoting Life Pharma's portfolio to pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare customers across Qatar, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent product availability and sell-out.
Key responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, and key accounts to promote assigned product lines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and decision makers.
Execute monthly/quarterly sales targets and coverage plans; ensure effective territory management.
Present product knowledge, benefits, and promotions ethically and professionally.
Collect market intelligence (competitors, pricing, availability, customer feedback) and report insights.
Coordinate with merchandising/logistics to improve availability, visibility, and planograms where applicable.
Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and forecast data to support planning and stock management.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of medical representative experience in Qatar
.
Valid Qatar driving license
(mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident presenter.
Arabic and English communication is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules/targets.
