What You'll Do

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Schedule appointments and conduct detailing sessions with medical professionals
• Ensure high product visibility and availability in assigned markets
• Maintain and update customer databases and visit records
• Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market insights to management
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional events
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during promotional activities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related discipline (Pharmacy preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates may apply for entry-level roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong motivation, ability to work independently, and achieve targets under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare market and experience in therapeutic areas (e.g., pulmonology, dermatology, pediatrics) is a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
