- Screening, interviewing & inducting candidates
- Job advertising Setting & confirming rosters
- Daily candidate management
- Database management
- Payroll requirements
- Client & candidate liaison
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Vetting new candidates
- Setting & confirming rosters

Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Candidates must have at least 12 months\xe2\x80\x99 experience in recruitment \xe2\x80\x93 Health Sector
- Experience in ATS \xe2\x80\x93 Application Tracking System
- Excellent communication skills
- Good phone manner
- Excellent team player
