We are seeking an experienced, pleasant and highly organized Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily running of our center. The successful candidate will be an important member of our team, who believes in the mission and culture of the center, is ready and able to help clients have a positive experience, has a collaborative and supportive energy for the team to succeed, and can address the day-to-day issues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the center.
Receive and manage client inquiries professionally (by phone, email and in-person)
Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of clients of the center and of matters related to the center
Maintain appointments effectively and correctly
Complete payment transactions efficiently and correctly
Maintain Petty Cash professionally
Maintain accurate records to assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate with and support outsourced third party back office team members (e.g. housekeeping, accounting, auditing, marketing etc.)
Maintain office and team documents and files accurately and correctly.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office
Support the Director with other duties as assigned.
