The Role
We are looking for an energetic & impressive Medical Receptionist to join one of our talented brands Healthagon. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. Healthagon is a Rehabilitation & Home Healthcare Clinic providing Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, and Assisted Stretching services. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling patients, referral sources, and administrative department inquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Book patient appointments in person, via social media, or on the telephone and understand the necessary preparation needed for diagnostic scans and surgical procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and schedule appointments and follow-up appointments as designated by Physiotherapists. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling leads updates and contact (Call, Email, Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp) \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer all inquiries related to treatments, doctors, offers, and events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain and manage all requests in a timely and efficient manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other staff - within the clinic & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate processes and complete all paperwork for Insurance as required to meet physician and facility requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate courtesy, empathy, and helpfulness toward patients and their families. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange for reports to be completed and sent to patients as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and Track the Booking Calendar. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the accounts book on cash received against each invoice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit the sales report to Accounts for reconciliation.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to convey a positive and professional image to Customers and Physicians. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain composure in high-pressure situations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English with a good command of MS Software and Arabic will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in problem-solving and people-centric \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business development with outreach clients
