Description
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle and document daily enquiries in the intake log.
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain contact lists
• Take calls and book appointment
• Coordinate with hospital and patients
• Book slots for patient by coordinating with hospital
• Check with patients regarding health insurance
Requirements :
• Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in a hospital or any healthcare facility.
• English language is mandatory (Spoken and Written)
• Preference for Arabic Speakers
