Job Description

Oman Ministry is urgently hiring for an accomplished, empathic Medical Officers to join in Pediatric, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anesthesia, General Surgery & Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties.

. Inspecting and updating patients charts.

. Diagnosing common illnesses, and administering or prescribing appropriate treatment.

. Addressing Patients Health related Queries.

. Administering medication topically, orally, and via intravenous or intramuscular injections.

. Will be able to communicate the gravity of diagnoses while reassuring patients who are in distress.

. Referring patients to specialists for further testing and treatment, if needed.

. Submitting claims on behalf of patients who have health insurance.

. He or she will be cognizant of how mental health influences physical well-being.

Requirements

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: 4+ years

Departments: Pediatric, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anesthesia, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Age should not exceed 45 years.

The last 3 years of medical practice should be full time in the specialty.

Practice in privately owned unregistered clinics is not acceptable.
