Job Summary: Looking for a Medical Nurse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Offer excellent patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
• Carry out thorough assessments of patients\' medical conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, as well as medical history to create an accurate and comprehensive patient profile
• Support physicians in medical procedures, examinations, as well as minor surgeries
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans that address patients\' medical needs, ensuring they receive appropriate treatment and care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following medication administration protocols and maintaining accurate records
• Continuously monitor patients\' conditions, recognizing any changes or complications promptly and taking appropriate actions to ensure patient stability
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, as well as self-care practices to promote better understanding and compliance with healthcare recommendations
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should have a Nursing Degree (RN or LPN) from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience working in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Should hold an active and unrestricted nursing license in the state where the clinic is located
• Demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being of patients and their families, displaying empathy and sensitivity during interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities accordingly
• Work well within a team-based healthcare environment, fostering a positive and cooperative atmosphere
