Medical Leadership & Administration - Pacific Island Deployment

We invite healthcare professionals to apply for contract positions at a national hospital on a Pacific Island, supporting efforts to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes for the local community.

We are looking for healthcare leaders to oversee and enhance clinical governance, operational management, and quality systems at the national hospital.

Positions are contingent on contract award

Open Positions:

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)



Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)



Health Administrator



Quality Assurance Officer



Contract & Benefits:

6-12 month contracts (minimum 6-month commitment)

Relevant degree and licensure

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership or administration
