It helps employees achieve an effective mix between work and home life and supports their efforts to positively impact their communities.We are looking for a dynamic Medical Lead to enhance the collaboration, support and communication with the Regional EMEA Medical Affairs (MA), Market Access and Supply Chain teams. The role will support implementing activities as outlined in the Medical Affairs Product Plan in close collaboration with the local Medical Affairs Program Lead, Scientific Knowledge Management [SKM], Regulatory Affairs, legal, quality, and compliance Supply chain. Build up the end-to-end patient model in current and future settings and lead the implementation of Medical Affairs, Market Access, and supply chain activities in the Gulf in alignment with the product planKey Responsibilities:
  • Represent MA voice towards internal and external partners and develop and maintain detailed knowledge in products, market trends, competitor activities etc.
  • Build up/maintain the network with external thought leaders and key stakeholders. (30% field-based)
  • To provide expertise to Operating Company functions (CVTs, Medical, Commercial, HEMAR Regulatory Affairs etc.)
  • Implementation of the Strategy and Plan and support effective and regular communications on local MA teams, including regular communications to help minimise duplication of advocacy and access programmes across countries, and facilitate coordination with local MA.
  • Lead the MA Team and enhance collaboration to ensure continuous communication and transfer of knowledge between the company, decision makers and wider group of HCPs.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Scientific degree: Medical Doctor or Pharmaceutical university degree
Experience and Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data
  • Relevant work experience, scientific acumen and communication skills to be accepted by Leading Specialists in a peer-to-peer relationship
Highly customer-focused with an awareness of the importance of business results * Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment
