Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-line technical support to veterinary clients for equipment setup, calibration, and problem resolution.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware/software) remotely or on-site.
Liaise with engineering/service teams when advanced support is required.
Training & Education
Deliver training sessions to veterinarians and laboratory staff on equipment operation, workflow optimization, and best practices.
Develop user-friendly manuals, quick guides, and training videos.
Customer Engagement
Build strong relationships with veterinary professionals to ensure proper usage and satisfaction with products.
Collect feedback on product performance to share with R&D and sales teams.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate service records, case logs, and customer reports (including photos and technical notes).
Prepare periodic summaries on recurring issues and customer needs.
Scientific Expertise
Stay updated on
veterinary diagnostics, microbiology, and molecular biology techniques
(PCR, ELISA, etc.).
Act as a bridge between clinical users and the company's sales/technical teams.
