We are looking for the position of Medical Lab Technologist with MOH license for a medical center based in ajman, UAE. Candidates should be fluent in English. Relevant experience is required. Candidates shall be flexible. Experience: Relevant: 1 years (Required) License: MOH License (Required)

. Description ? Identifies and communicates abnormal patient conditions by alerting supervisory personnel, (Pathologist, Patient Physician, or Nurse) reporting mandated information to the public health department or other designated officials. ? Recognizes abnormal results or unusual circumstances and takes appropriate actions. Utilizes available resources to maintain and fix instruments or to solve issues in collaboration with the Pathologist doctor. ? Measures proper instrument maintenance, collection and analysis of appropriate samples. ? Ensure that to maintain TAT for each tests and perform Quality control activities as per approved SOPs. ? Organizes work by matching computer orders with specimen labeling, sorting specimens, checking labeling, logging specimens & keeping work surfaces clean. ? Retrieve patient results and reports in a timely manner and completes required documentation, which may include chain of custody

Plan, perform and evaluate routine and complex laboratory tests Being able to identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or test result reporting and correcting the problem or notifying the appropriate supervisor Collects laboratory specimens and performs assigned laboratory procedures and other tests as necessary and immediately reports abnormal findings to appropriate staff Orders laboratory supplies, rotates stock and monitors expiration dates Responsible for planning, performing, and evaluating laboratory testing analysis and quality control Reviews, evaluates quality control, proficiency, and competency Performs, reviews and documents all quality control according to established policies and procedures
