Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in laboratory tests, sample collection, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
:Collect, label, and prepare patient or experimental samples for testing, ensuring proper storage and handling. Conduct tests, analyze results, and maintain accurate records in accordance with established protocols. Ensure testing is performed with precision, following strict safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments. Report any technical issues to the supervisor. Maintain proper records of laboratory activities, results, and equipment logs. Submit reports to physicians or senior staff. Monitor stock levels of consumables and laboratory supplies, placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications
:A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science. Valid Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). At least 02 years of experience in a laboratory setting (preferably in medical or clinical laboratories). Knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
