Medical Desk Leader/cost Auditor

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

On a monthly basis, deliver to the Operations Committee a balance of the management carried out during the month with indicators of telemedicine, savings and progress in the lines of business that it supports or is in charge of. Carry out the tasks assigned by the Director of Operations and the General Management. Check the email daily, read the emails in their entirety and carry out the actions corresponding to the changes reported in them. Ensure compliance with corporate image policies. Ensure that the Medical Desk reviews all reimbursements, relevance of medical procedures, clauses, expenses incurred and hospital entities (Andean Pact). Ensure that the Medical Desk reviews all medical bills of the department (relevance of medical procedures, clauses, expenses incurred and hospital entities). Ensure through the Medical Desk the attention of teleconsultations, telephone medical advice, video calls and chats through all the communication channels available for such medium.

Job Requirements:

Professional in Medicine. Optional Courses – Diplomas or related to medical auditing. Intermediate English Minimum experience of two years or more in auditing and/or medical concepts and/or claims and medical bills.
