Position Overview
The Medical Delivery Driver role at Al-Futtaim Health Dubai is responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and cold chain items across clinics and pharmacies. This position supports operational excellence and regulatory compliance within a healthcare delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate light-duty vehicles to transport medical and pharmaceutical items between central stores, clinics, and pharmacies
• Ensure vehicles are used exclusively for medical deliveries in compliance with DHA and MOH regulations
• Plan efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries across Dubai
• Oversee accurate loading and unloading and obtain proof of delivery for each trip
• Perform pre-trip inspections including tires, lights, fuel, and safety checks
• Report vehicle damage, incidents, or traffic violations immediately
• Maintain accurate documentation including trip sheets, delivery orders, fuel logs, and incident reports
• Monitor fuel consumption and trip records in line with company guidelines
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Comply with RTA regulations, warehouse safety protocols, SOPs, and company policies
• Maintain a damage-free and incident-free driving record
• Coordinate professionally with warehouse, clinic, and pharmacy teams

Ideal Profile

• Mandatory prior experience in medical or healthcare deliveries in Dubai
• Valid UAE light vehicle driving license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive cold chain items is preferred
• Proven ability to manage delivery documentation accurately
• Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Minimum education level of matriculation or equivalent
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and compliant with processes and SOPs
