Medical Compliance & Quality Officer

who will help build and lead our compliance and quality framework from the ground up.

Role Overview



The

Medical Compliance & Quality Officer

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all clinical and operational policies, procedures, and standards at MyCare.

This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys creating structure, writing SOPs, and ensuring that services meet the highest regulatory and clinical standards.

You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in shaping how MyCare operates and grows.

Key Responsibilities:



1.) Policy & SOP Development



Develop and maintain all clinical and operational SOPs in line with DHA Homecare Standards. Create Medical policies and manuals

2.) Regulatory Compliance



Ensure compliance with DHA, DM, and other relevant authorities. Prepare and maintain regulatory files and documentation for inspections and audits. Monitor and track DHA licensing and credentialing of clinical staff. Support license applications and renewals for the organization.

3.) Quality Management



Establish and support a Quality Management System (QMS) for MyCare. Conduct internal audits of clinical practice, documentation, and processes. Define and monitor quality indicators and KPIs. Lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) where needed.

4.) Infection Control & Safety



Implement and oversee infection-control policies for homecare services. Ensure compliance with DM requirements for hygiene, pest control, and medical waste management. Provide training and guidance on safe clinical and hygiene practices.

5.) Training & Staff Development



Plan and deliver training sessions on: Infection control Documentation standards Patient safety Homecare protocols Maintain training and competency records for clinical staff.

6.) Incident & Risk Management



Implement an incident reporting and investigation process. Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and near-misses. Recommend and monitor risk mitigation measures.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field. DHA license or DHA eligibility is required. Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare compliance, quality management, homecare, or clinical leadership. Strong understanding of DHA regulations, homecare standards, infection control, and Dubai Municipality health requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills. With Driving License is A+
