About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Medical Coding Trainer
to join our team for conducting face-to-face training sessions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and have in-depth knowledge of medical coding standards including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face training sessions for students in medical coding.
Develop and deliver course content, training materials, and assessments.
Guide students in understanding medical terminology, anatomy, and coding systems.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry practices.
Requirements:
Minimum experience in medical coding and training.
Certification in CPC, CCS, or equivalent (AAPC/AHIMA preferred).
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Available for immediate joining.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior classroom teaching/training experience.
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.
