Job Description

Educational Background & Certification

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; valid certification such as CPC.

Industry Experience

- Hands-on experience in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) with practical knowledge of healthcare documentation and compliance.

Training & Teaching Skills

- Ability to design lessons, deliver engaging sessions, and simplify complex coding guidelines for students.

Updated Knowledge

- Familiarity with the latest coding standards, insurance regulations, and industry practices.

Assessment & Mentoring Ability

- Skilled in evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and preparing learners for certification exams.
